緊湊型工業(yè)級無線客戶端在AGV系統(tǒng)中的應用

隨著現(xiàn)代倉儲管理系統(tǒng)的不斷提升，工程人員采用大量的AGV（自動導引車）來替代傳統(tǒng)的人工叉車，這樣可以降低運營成本，也會大大提升效率。為了確保操作運營的可靠性，工程人員要對整個倉庫中的AGV進行管理和監(jiān)控，于是他們采用了一種自動識別和數(shù)據(jù)采集（AIDC）技術(shù)，通過WLAN網(wǎng)絡實現(xiàn)該功能。
　　為了導航和監(jiān)控無人AGV在工作區(qū)通道上的行進情況，必須通過車載傳感器和收發(fā)器進行不間斷的數(shù)據(jù)采集和發(fā)送。具有如此狹小空間的AGV上裝有20多個傳感器和控制器，使得在系統(tǒng)設計時，每一個組件的尺寸都是必須考慮的重要因素。Moxa AWK-1121/1127系列無線客戶端支持802.11 a/b/g，是Moxa具有最小尺寸的工業(yè)級無線客戶端。產(chǎn)品設計緊湊，甚至低于一罐汽水的高度，這樣可以放在AGV中，既不占用空間，也可以有效的整合其他組件，從而實現(xiàn)AGV數(shù)據(jù)的無線通訊。
　　除了體積小巧之外，AWK-1121/1127系列還支持802.11 a/b/g標準，以及Moxa專利的TurboRoaming?快速漫游切換技術(shù)，可在100ms內(nèi)實現(xiàn)快速切換。不僅如此，產(chǎn)品還具有工業(yè)級IP30外殼，可適用于惡劣的工業(yè)環(huán)境。只需在AGV上安裝一臺AWK-1121，工程人員可以遠程控制AGV的行駛、存儲和檢索貨品，整個過程非?？煽糠€(wěn)定，可以創(chuàng)建一個更靈敏、更高效的倉儲維護系統(tǒng)。
